How pretty your sugar frosted rose looks. You must have had a hard frost. We haven’ t had anything like that here. Or perhaps I don’ t get up early enough to see it.
It was a sharp one on Monday before last. Since then we have had so much rain and it is so dark. It’s a wonder anything ever blooms.
