A walk with a friend is always nice especially when it is someone you haven’t seen in a while and the weather is nice. Despite setting off in drizzle the sun broke through momentarily. Dry and bright enough for the wood anemones to open. 
I love to see these delicate little flowers.

Yes, wonderful photo – and, if you haven’t had enough from my garden, I could send you some wood anemones too…. They are spreading so nicely for me that it has been a joy to share them with others and I would be more than happy to send you some, just as long as they make you smile …
I have a small patch of wild anemones in my garden. Lovely to see them spreading out into the leaf mould. They are a favourite of mine and take over from the snowdrops. Enjoy your gardening. Karen x
