I could have done with a couple of those for dinner today! Do you store them over winter?
Ah. No. Well a few get frozen, the rest I take to Nigel Nutkin and he juices them so we can enjoy apple juice all next year. 42 bottles so far. As many apples again waiting to be picked.
Oh well done! I love these places that allow you to juice small quantities of your own apples.
Me too. He bottles it and you can buy back as much or as little of your juice at £1.35 per bottle. Worth it I reckon. Makes good gifts
Wow that looks wonderful, I have one apple tree and it produced about 12 apples this year, good ones but not enough to take to the juicer!
Look delicious! I am lucky enough to live next door to a serious apple press that has been rumbling away from 7.30 am to 10.00 pm six days a week making apple juice. It has been the noisest year I have ever heard!
Oh wow that’s a lot of apples
