Anthriscus sylvestris, Brunnera Dawson’s white, Brunnera macrophylla, cow parsley, delicates, Easter, Easter mini eggs, forget me nots, in a vase on Monday, lockdown, Myosotis, pulmonaria, viola

I sort of forgot it is Monday. Lockdown does that if we are not careful to keep focused. Joining Cathy who is clearly focused and knows it’s Monday and sharing a collection of flowers or foliage from the garden.
My tiny flowers are a white Viola, a couple of sprigs of Forget me nots, Pulmonaria flowers, Brunnera flowers from Dawson’s White and B macrophylla and a single piece of Anthriscus sylvestris or Cow parsley which is just beginning to open.
I have put them in a cut glass cream jug which I got from a bric-à-brac stall some years ago.
They are joined by some mini chocolate eggs.
It is Easter after all.
I hope you have a good week wherever you are. Thanks for reading and do stay safe. D.
That is an adorable Easter posy, with so many favourite things!! Love the little viola – they always remind me of kittens’ faces! Amanda https://therunningwave.blogspot.com/2020/04/in-vase-on-easter-monday.html
Tiny arrangements are the best! I love the forget-me-nots.
Thank you Kris
forget me nots are so pretty but a real nuisance once they set seed. Hoping this year I will get to catch them before they bid for world domination 😉
Hurrah – this is a bit like the alternative vase I might have had today (minus the cow parsley and white viola though)! Thank you for sharing yours instead, which is very sweet – the eggs are the perfect addition of course, and I like the touch of that teeny tiny brunnera floret next to them. Take care Dorris
The Brunnera floret appeared all by itself Cathy
Don’t you want to take the credit for it?!
I adore tiny flowers – this vaseful is a gem, Dorris!
Oh thanks Eliza
A delightful Monday tribute. Love the Forget me nots.
Thankyou
Very pretty flowers Dorris. Keep safe. karen xx
You too Karen

I was not aware of a white brunnera! The blue is such a perfect color, but white is still my favorite color. The two together are exquisite.
Wow, forget-me-nots and cow parsley already! Lovely to see all your little spring treasures together. And the eggs look delicious! 😉 (We kind of forgot about eggs this year!)
We have had a couple of warm days and all the hedgerows have started to burst open. So lovely this time of year.
Now if we could just get rid of the other thing…,,
I love your vase. Spring in a vase and the smaller, more delicate flowers are gems in the garden.
Thank you
this vase is lovely (I often pick small vases for IAVOM I’ve got tulips in mine this week) – I have some forget me nots near me and I think they will make an appearance in a vase soon. Keep safe in lockdown.
Love bec
