Cathy of Words and Herbs has presented a challenge to cheer us all up:
“From Sunday the 22nd through to Saturday the 28th let’s share a photo a day (or more than one if you like) of our flowers and gardens and brighten up this dreary time.”
These are my blue flowers for day 2

Aaah, how lovely! I haven’t seen a bluebell wood for some years now. And Nigella is one of my favourite flowers. Wonderful. 😃
This year I didn’t see the bluebells like this as it was during lockdown. Instead I just saw clumps on my walks. Still beautiful but not as stunning as these bluebell carpets
Your blues are perfect — adding a touch of blue skies to a grey and rainy day here. Thank you!
Pleasure. Thanks for reading
Aren’t nigella blooms fascinating? Seems like only yesterday I was walking through a bluebell wood…
Lovely blues! My heart leapt at the sight of the bluebells– magnificent!
Bluebells are special aren’t they. Glad you enjoyed them Eliza
Blue flowers, yes! This meme is reminding me of plants I need to add or re-add to my garden and Brunnera is one I love. The bluebells would be lovely to see.
It is a good reminder as we are looking at flowers out of season. Enjoyable
Blue, blue and more blue. Such a treasured colour in the garden!
