Aquelegia vulgaris, in a vase on Monday, kosta boda glass, Lavandula stoechas, tulips, white ranunculus
A quick pick from the garden for this Bank holiday Monday. Purples from Aquelegia vulgaris and French lavender, Lavandula stoechas, greens thanks to a sprig of mint and Rosemary with a white Ranunculus and some of the peachy tulips.
The vase or tumbler is Swedish hand blown opaque glass by Kosta Boda, about the right size for what are rather short stems.
All rather pale, pretty and feminine. Just right for a bedside or dressing table perhaps, not that I have one but that is where I imagine they would suit.
I hope you have had a good Monday and taken a look at Cathys blog https://ramblinginthegarden.wordpress.com to see what else is appearing in a vase on Monday.
Have a good week.
